Notable corporate clients and projects undertaken by Per Art Advisors (Pablo Espinel Rudolf) over the past 10 years include:

We advised the Government of Kazakhstan in their participation at the Venice Biennale 2024, supporting overall strategy, logistics, international VIP outreach and media engagement. The Kazakhstan Pavilion, Jerūiyq: Journey Beyond the Horizon, explores the theme of “foreignness” through decolonial futurism, blending ancient legends with modern visions. It reflects Kazakhstan’s journey of reclaiming its identity beyond its Soviet past, merging ancestral wisdom with innovative artistry. The pavilion aligns with the Biennale’s theme by offering a narrative where cultural boundaries dissolve, inviting audiences to reimagine a future where tradition and modernity coexist.

This ambitious project, sponsored by Belmond Hotels and Trains, featured the renowned Chinese artist Wu Jian an. Over a 21-day journey, we collected calligraphy brushstrokes from communities across Peru, representing the country’s cultural diversity.

These brushstrokes will be assembled in the artist’s Beijing studio into a monumental work, symbolizing the unity of Peru’s people. The journey spanned Lima, Cusco, the Sacred Valley, Machu Picchu, the Amazon, and Lake Titicaca, with the project culminating in an exclusive VIP event and calligraphy workshop at Belmond Miraflores Park in Lima.

The Premios AYNI Art Awards in Peru is a groundbreaking initiative that recognizes and promotes art for social impact. It is the biggest such initiative in Latin America and is proudly supported by the Embassy of Switzerland and funded by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation and the Swiss Cultural Fund. The first winner, Nereida Apaza, has been selected to have her work permanently displayed at the prestigious British Museum in London.

Her winning project consisted of developing workshops in poster making, poetry, photography, and weaving, aimed at women vendors in a market of her home city of Arequipa who are victims of domestic violence. Her project’s goal is to address this issue by making it visible in public spaces like the markets—turning the market itself into a gallery.

We curated an extraordinary trip for a select group of art collectors from Asia, Europe, and the Americas to explore Mexico’s vibrant art scene. Highlights included private studio visits with renowned Mexican artists such as Pedro Reyes, exclusive access to private collections such as Eugenio Lopez’, top gallery previews, and the Museo Tamayo Annual Gala. Guests were treated to VIP receptions, intimate dinners with influential collectors, and special tours of iconic landmarks such as Frida Kahlo’s home and private collections. The tour also included a rich gastronomic experience visiting top restaurants such as Pujol and Rosetta. In Yucatan, they hadaccess to private haciendas with monumental, commissioned art installations by James Turrell and Jorge Pardo, among others.

We created a bespoke journey to Copenhagen and Stockholm. Our collectors enjoyed privileged access to Scandinavia’s leading contemporary art institutions, private collections, and dynamic art scenes. This trip included exclusive visits to groundbreaking exhibitions, intimate dinners with artists and curators, and behind-the-scenes tours of prestigious museums such as the Louisiana Museum and the Royal Academy. They also enjoyed the best of New Nordic cuisine at Alchemist, Frantzen, and Noma. We ensured an unforgettable cultural experience that combined modern art with Nordic charm.

Per Art Projects has been actively collaborating with the U.S. Department of State’s Art in Embassies program, which promotes cultural diplomacy through art. Our current collaboration focuses on selecting talented Peruvian artists to showcase their works permanently at the Residence of the U.S. Ambassador. The initiative aims to foster dialogue on the importance of art in building connections and cultural understanding.

Our strategic advisory work with Art Basel and other art fairs focused on collector development, VIP experiences, and building global art market connections. We organized special VIP events, private viewings, and exclusive invitations that enhanced the fairs’appeal to top collectors from around the world.

We developed and implemented a comprehensive strategy to establish a Chairman’s Circle for the Asian Cultural Council Foundation (ACC). This included art-focused trips to Indonesia, Thailand, Japan, and the U.S., exclusive events in Asia and Europe, and a major fundraising gala in New York. The gala, honoring the world-renowned architect Kengo Kuma, attracted distinguished attendees such as Cai Guo-Qiang, Donna Karan, and Susan Rockefeller.

We launched BVLGARI’s first contemporary art project in its New Curiosity Shop in Rome with a site-specific installation by Chinese artist Wu Jian’an. The exhibition was celebrated with an exclusive VIP event, combining BVLGARI’s luxury heritage with avant-garde contemporary art. Wu’s work, blending traditional Chinese mythology with modern technology, resonated with BVLGARI’s core identity, enhancing the brand’s artistic footprint.

We partnered with Louis Vuitton for a world premiere of their exotic leather collection at Singapore’s historic Atbara House. This event combined fashion, art, and design, with dramatic works by Jason Martin, Zhu Jinsji, and Kim Tschang Yeul presented by Pearl Lam Galleries. The exclusive event featured private shopping appointments for VIP clients from across Southeast Asia, culminating in a sophisticated cocktail reception and dinner.

Our collaboration with Pearl Lam Galleries focused on enhancing collector engagement through monthly VIP events, international art fairs, and private sales. This relationship helped solidify PLG’s reputation as Asia’s premier gallery for contemporary art and provided their collectors with unique opportunities to acquire significant works.

The Art Salons x Peru series was designed to cultivate a thriving art collector ecosystem in Peru and foster cross-cultural dialogue, offering collectors a unique insight into the Peruvian and international art worlds. Through a mix of educational talks, curated exhibitions, and guided art tours, we brought together art enthusiasts, curators, and emerging artists. This series included a VIP talk for emerging art collectors at the Embassy of Switzerland and other art visits to promote art collecting.

We were proud to consult on Kumari Nahappan’s installation Chanting: Rosary at the 57th Biennale di Venezia. This site-specific work, displayed in the historic Palazzo Ca’Zanardi, featured a 50-piece sculptural saga seed chain that symbolized interconnectedness and cultural transcendence. Simultaneously, nine saga seeds were installed in Singapore, linking two distant locations through a shared artistic narrative.
